Relax! The eBooks you already got are yours, and can be accessed in your app wherever and whenever you want, using your login and password. If you forgot your password, go to How to recover my password?.
When you move into another carrier, you keep your mobile number and area code. If the plan with the new carrier includes Skeelo as a benefit, your new carrier will send this information to our database, and you'll receive books automatically in your new plan.
The plan that was canceled in the previous carrier will continue to appear in the "My plans" tab, just to show will the books you got from the previous partner, though you will no longer get new books through the canceled benefits. 😉
If you change carriers and the benefit is not activated, but Skeelo is appearing in the bill of your new plan, please get in touch with our customer experience team. Just call us using the chat available on the lower right side of this website.
