Refund requests are made in the app store itself, where you subscribe to the plan, since Google Play and Apple's App Store manage these requests.😉
Apple Store
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Click on "Report" or "Report an issue", beside the item you want to be refunded.
- Follow the instructions of the page, to choose the reason why you want to be refunded, and send your notification.
- For information on how long it takes to receive the refund, access Check the status of the refund for an app or content you bought from Apple.
Google Play
- Open a mobile browser, such as Chrome.
- In the upper part of the screen, type "play.google.com".
- Click on "Menu";
- Click on "Payments and subscriptions";
- Click on "Order history and funds";
- Find the order, and choose "Request a refund" or "Report an issue". Then, choose the option that best describes your situation.
- Fill in the form and say that you want a refund.
- You'll receive a message saying "Thank you for submitting your questions and concerns".
Later, you will receive an email with the final decision regarding the refund. Normally, the result is sent within 15 minutes, but it may take up to 4 business days. Learn more about Google Play refund policies here.
