To start, it's super important that you register in the Skeelo app before we start. If you haven't, go to How do I register?
After registering in the Skeelo app, it's very easy to validate your benefit.
- Log into the Skeelo app using your email and password;
- Click on the banner "Get new books free every month", at the top of the homepage;
- Click "Check if I have this benefit";
- Inform your mobile number and the CPF or CNPJ included in our partner's offer;
- Click "Check if I have this benefit"” and you're done! 🥳
If you have any active benefits, after the step-by-step above you will have validated your benefits, gaining access to our exchange collection and to a monthly delivery, depending on the benefits provided to you.
If the benefits are not automatically active, you can get in touch with our customer experience team to check the email registered in your access. Just call us using the chat available on the lower right side of the website.
