You can cancel a purchase directly in the Skeelo Store. But don't worry! Canceling a purchase is simple. 😉
- Access your Skeelo store account using your email and password;
- In the upper right corner, click the down arrow next to the icon🛍;
- Click on "My purchases”
- Find the order you want to cancel;
- Find the purchase you want to cancel and click on "View order details";
- Click "Cancel order";
- If you are sure you want to cancel the order, confirm by clicking "Ok";
- After canceling, the status of the order will change to "Payment refunded";
- After completing the cancellation you will receive a confirmation email.
Keep an eye on the deadline for canceling! If your purchase was made more than 7 days ago, the option to cancel will no longer be available.
Remember that your cancellation may take up to 24 hours to be processed. You will be refunded according with the method of payment you chose when you made the purchase. 💰
