When you register into the Skeelo app, it's super important to enter your mobile number correctly, so you can enjoy all the benefits we have to offer. But sometimes there's a typo or you end up changing your number for some reason.
But don't fret, we're here to help you deal with this situation and update the phone number you registered. To change the main phone number you registered, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:
- Log into the Skeelo app;
- Click on "Profile" in the settings section;
- Click on “Edit my information”;
- Find the field with your mobile number information and click the edit icon (represented by a small pencil) so you can proceed with the alteration;
- The "Terms and Conditions" will appear in a pop-up. Read them carefully and click "Continue changing your number" to proceed;
- Enter the new mobile number correctly, and click in "Continue" to confirm the change;
- A pin code will be sent to your new mobile number. Enter the pin in the field where it is requested and click "Continue" to finish the process;
- Congratulations! Your mobile number has been updated successfully. 🤩
